Deep till breaks up the plow sole, hard pan and wheel compaction and allows moisture to percolate throughout the soil and at the same time retains this valuable sub-soil moisture. It also gives time for the fertilizer to disburse in certain soil types, reducing the risk of fertilizer burn on young root systems.

There are several models and size as fellows:

5 shank, 30 inch single rank machine converted into 7 shank with 24 inch spacing.

3, 5 or 7 shank 3 pt. mounted single frame with manual gauge wheels.

5 shank 3 pt. mounted double frame with manual gauge wheels. Also shown, pull type double frame with 5, 7, 9 or 11 shanks and hydraulic gauge wheels.

Single frame and double frame Deep Till provide the simple automatic reset feature which means non-stop tilling for more production per day. Sizes range from 7-1/2' to 27-1/2' and shank spacing of 15 to 30 depending on model.

Types of Deep Till

Levelator: Level ridges and break up clods with a Levelator.

Disc Leveler: Disc Leveler attaches to deep till shank went through creating a ridge which will settle over winter.

Optional Ridge Ripper: Levels ridges and penetrates the ground with the Redge Ripper.

Helper Leaf Spring: Adds approximately 200 lbs. of point pressure. Up to 4 can be added per shank.
