The Roller aggregates are the lightweight solution to heavyweight compaction challenges. The ratio of forces of two rollers can be 1.2:1 to 2:1 and due to the superior force with which the cylinders of the second pair are pushed aligned with each other, during the combing of comparatively long fibers and/or at high processing speeds. These rollers are specifically designed to eliminate conveyor system frame wear and drastically reduce noise levels and reduce conveyor system maintenance costs.
