The Bakery machines are based on the new technologies which provide to better food presentation and also provide good qualitative bakery. The Bakery machines are fully automated machines. When the food is completely prepared then the machine is automatic switched off.
There are many categories of Bakery machines some machines are describing fallowing.
1-Baking Oven
The oven is provided with overheating protection which automatically cuts off the power supply when the temperature of the oven exceeds 3600 C. The oven door includes upper push-door and lower draw-door, which are available upon customers' requests. The pizza oven with a steam generator and marble slabs/fire bricks according to customers needs of production of pizza or French type bread.
2-Steam Cabinet
This gas powered steam cabinet is made of high grade stainless steel and processes the excellent features such as hygiene, water filling automation, preservation of heat source, rapid heating and even conduction, safe and durable. The machine never drips and preserves the quality of food, so it is especially suitable for steamed dumplings, meatballs, shelled fresh shrimps, lunch boxes, steamed buns and noodles.
3-Gas / Electric Oven
Artistic and luxurious appearance, compact structure, has two or three layers for stacking with each layer individually controllable. Each layer can be heated by face fire or bottom fire which can be freely switched and has well-distributed fire power with good thermal insulation. Micro computer controlled ignition, flame detection and flameout warning so as to ensure safety. Provided with a precise temperature controller for accurate temperature control as well as a buzzer which gives time alarm when baking time is set as required. The time needed for rising from normal temperature to 200°C is 35min. Upon customer's request, a spraying device for proper humidification in each layer of oven is available
