On a stenter machine the fabrics is passed through the nip of a pair of rollers into caustic soda solution. This feeding system ensures that the most delicate fabrics are positioned on the pins in the most suitable way. Edge Starching: It can work reciprocally when so needed. It is used to stiffen the curvy edges of knitted fabrics. Edge Drying: It is an infra-red dryer used following starching.
It ensures a precise and reliable cutting with the minimum amount of waste even with high speeds. Steaming Unit: This process gives the fabric more stretching and non-shrinking ability. Air Circulation: Hot air circulates in the machine. The air patterns in the drying cabin are made of galvanized tin. They are easily removed and re-installed. Very easy to clean.
Has the ability to evenly blow the air to every point on the fabric. The lower and the upper devices at the inlet and the outlet of the cabin are made in differing designs as to prevent hot air escape out of the cabin. The rectangular shaped channels provide that the air is equally spread over the fabric and so formation of traces is prevented. Filter: Passes the hot air needed for the fans and then blows on to the fabric. Filters can be cleaned while the machine is running. Heating: By hot oil, earth gas and steam.
THE CABINSA bellows system that operate on railings is available both at the inlet and the outlet of the machine drying cabin. They prevent temperature loss. Also prevents condensation as a result of hot and cold air coming in contact with each other.
There exist 2 sets of specially built radial fans for each cabin and they provide maximum amount of circulation. The fan motor has to stages. Speed control is possible according to wish. Floor insulation is not required for the drying cabin. The bottoms of the cabins are manufactured insulated. Lids: Contains the machine’s insulation section and the interior control groups of the machine (special).
OUTLET GROUP Cooling Section: The unit that removes the heat off the fabric, and that adds functionality to the fabric touch. Outlet Unit: It is where the fabric comes out.
